We are two weeks into the new year and hopefully you are still sticking to those resolutions! Health and fitness related resolutions seem to be the most popular. They are also the most commonly broken! No matter how busy we are, we all have at least 20 minutes to spare! Try this 20 minute circuit and you will thank yourself later!

Time: 20 Minutes
Do this circuit three times through:

50 Jumping Jacks
25 Squats with weights
25 Squat Jumps
20 alternating lunges with a bicep curl
20 Burpees
25 Pushups
40 Mountain Climbers
50 Bicycle Crunches

Repeat!
