20 Minute Circuit Training: Friday Fitspiration
Friday Fitspiration is BACK! It's been far too long since my last fitness post but I promise such a hiatus wont happen again!
Summertime is full of parties, vacations and if you work in media like us here at Wild 104, this is when things get busy. So while it might feel as though time is not on our side as far as working out goes, I want to prove us all wrong.
We all have at least 20 minutes to spare! Try this 20 minute circuit and you will thank yourself later!
Time: 20 Minutes
Do this circuit three times through:
50 Jumping Jacks
25 Squats with weights
25 Squat Jumps
20 alternating lunges with a bicep curl
40 Mountain Climbers
50 Bicycle Crunches
