During the holidays it's hard to get a workout in between parties, shopping, entertaining guests, cleaning, etc.This is how we are going to keep up with our busy lives during the holidays and still make time to take care of our bodies! This workout will only take 20 minutes and although it's a short workout, at least you are getting some activity in!

I do most of my running on the treadmill during the winter months (usually 3 miles, at least 3 times per week). This is a good workout to really push yourself and get the most out of the 20 minutes you carved out of your day for fitness!
