As promised, every Friday I am sharing a quick workout with you. This is how we are going to keep up with our busy lives during the holidays and still make time to take care of our bodies!

I do most of my running on the treadmill (usually 3 miles, at least 3 times per week). This is a good workout to really push yourself and get the most out of the 20 minutes you carved out of your day for fitness!
