A friend sent me the 30 Day Squat Challenge because she thought I'd be interested in doing it, wasn't that sweet of her?  Haha  So I decided to try it. I started it last Friday. So far not too bad but today I am a little sore, but it's a rest day. Well I'm going to try my hardest to complete the 30 day challenge. Who else wants to do the 30 day squat challenge with me?!
