Earth Day is on the way! Waste, liter and toxic chemicals are harming our planet. Go green for Earth Day (April 22) in Binghamton.

That's right, you can help protect our environment and here's how:

Transportation: If you live close to work or school why not walk or ride a bike? If you don't live close by, how about carpooling? These tricks will get you to where you need to go and use less fumes in the atmosphere.

Recyclable Goods: Use the correct bins for your plastic, glass and paper.

Light It Up: Change your light bulbs to eco-friendly bulbs.

Mails and Bills: Pay your bills online and save the hassal and harm of those paper checks and cost of stamps.

Old Technology: Recycle your old cell phones and computers.
