A Visit To The Florida Everglades Well Worth The Trip!

Last week I went down to Miami Beach for a little vacation and, more importantly, some much needed sun!  And, I was told that it would be fun to take a trip to the Florida Everglades.

We found a tour to go there, but it is about an hour from our hotel.  I am glad we went!  The picture here was taken from our air boat right as we were leaving to tour the everglades.  There were alligators, big and small, all over the place.  It was a very fun tour!

After the tour I even ate gator bites!  They taste like chicken!  :) My only suggestion is that you eat them with some hot sauce!

You know it had to be a good tour if I was going to leave the bikini clad Miami Beach to do it!
