Adam Levine Accidentally Hit a Fan in the Face During a Show [VIDEO]

Adam Levine had a little temper tantrum on stage the other night at a concert in Toronto. They were having sound problems and he got mad and threw his microphone onto the ground. It hit the ground and bounced up and hit a lady right in the face!

He immediately went over to make sure the woman was okay, then he brought her onstage to watch the show from there.
