Add Years To Your Life By Doing These Things
Having a healthy lifestyle can be very difficult at times. But, if you can commit to making 4 lifestyle changes, then you can add several years to your life.
I think it is easier said than done. But, YOU are worth it! According to the Huffington Post, an extensive 13-year study was done and found four things that you can do to add a bunch of years to your life.
Here are the four secrets to a longer life:
- Don’t smoke
- Eat five servings a day of fruits and vegetables
- Drink alcohol in moderation.
- Exercise regularly 30 minutes a day
I do love that word “moderation.” But, I do think that moderation is a HUGE part of getting healthy. And, not just with the alcohol consumption. I have found that it is important with everything else.
The first 3 letters in diet are DIE. But, it doesn’t have to be that way. You can still enjoy your favorite snacks or food…but in “moderation.”
