Adventures in New York City [PHOTOS]

Happy Monday! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. I had a great weekend exploring the streets of New York City! I've been down for day trips many times but this time I stayed for two nights and had time to see things I have never seen before.

I left work on Friday and hit the road!

 When my boyfriend and I got off of the bus at Port Authority, it was time for some people watching as we waited for our ride!

We went back into the city first thing Saturday morning! We did some major sightseeing! We even walked from Madison Square Garden all the way to the World Trade Center. I loved walking through all the different areas, most of them I have never seen before!

How gorgeous is 1 World Trade Center?! This is now the tallest buiding in the Western Hemisphere and the third tallest building in the world!

Next, I headed to one of my favorite places, Battery Park! I love looking at all of the buildings across the water! Next time I go, I'm bringing my running shoes. It's such a great area to get a good workout in!

If you haven't visited Battery Park, I strongly suggest you check it out if you are in the area!

There was no way this trip would have been complete if my boyfriend, the NBA enthusiast, didn't get to see Barclays Center! I was just happy that there was a Starbuck's there!

A lot more sightseeing was done throughout the day!

Finally, it was time to eat at Blockhead's where I got the biggest burrito I have ever seen! How cute are these hot sauce bottles?!

I had to head back to Binghamton on Sunday afternoon but first, a stop in SoHo to visit the Kardashian's store, Dash Boutique!

After some shopping in SoHo, it was back to the bus station and just like that, my trip had come to an end!
