Thanksgiving Holiday Gift for the Twin Tiers: Snow

The Twin Tiers are bracing for winter weather with the New York State Department of Transportation advising motorists by electronic message boards on the highway to avoid traveling.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Broome, Tioga, Chenango, Otsego and Bradford Counties until 6 Thanksgiving morning with 4 to 8 inches of snow possible and a Winter Storm Warning for Delaware and Sullivan Counties until 6 Thanksgiving morning with up to 12 inches of snow possible

Maine Endwell Moves on to Class B Finals

Maine Endwell Spartans are moving on to the championship round Sunday for the Class B championship in Syracuse after defeating Cheektowaga Warriors 54-28 November 23.
