Hey! Im Tanya and I do the morning show on Wild 104 with my partner Louie G. Im a mother of two amazing children...but then again do any parents think their children aren't amazing?? I was born and raised in the Southern Tier and love living here. I got my job at Wild 104 back in 2007 when they held a contest called "The Wild 104 Sidekick Showdown". It was a lot like American Idol where the listeners were able to choose their favorite of all the contestants...well you guys picked me! When Im not at work you can find me at the gym or the Rail Trail or getting ice cream with Louie G. Recipe Of The Week- 4th of July Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

This is the simplest food you can make for a party for the 4th of July.  You only need white chocolate, blue sprinkles and as many strawberries as you want. Recipe Of The Week- Garden Lasagna

This sounds really good! You could use veggies from your own garden or from the farmer's market.

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 1/2 cups chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh corn kernels or frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Cooking spray
  • 9 (about 5 ounces) no-boil lasagna noodles (such as Barilla)
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) preshredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

*When I make this I will use gluten-free noodles and cornstarch instead of flour to make this gluten free.
