Top Reasons Why Average People Say They’re Five Pounds Heavier Now Than One Year Ago
Have you put on a few pounds over the last year? I fond it's harder to keep weight off in the winter, I'm just not as active, tend to stay home and eat more! But if you have gained a few pounds, you're not alone. There was a survey and 71% of people say they're heavier now than they were a year ago and they're up an average of five pounds.
Here are the top five reasons people say they've gained weight:
- Stressful schedule
- New relationship
- Hectic social life
- Having or had a baby
- New job
I feel like I've gained a few pounds, but my excuse is going to have to be Ben & Jerry's and wine, oh and of course not walking on the rail trail like I should be.
What is your excuse if you're up a few pounds from last April?
