Authorities say 60-year-old Roslyn Rose of Johnson City was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.

Investigators say Rose is accused of taking a purse that contained cash, a credit card and a debit card from the seat of a bus.

Detectives reviewed a recording from the video surveillance system on the vehicle. When they watched the video, they say they observed Rose pick up the purse and look inside it. She then is said to have switched seats and left the bus with the purse.

Rose was arraigned in Johnson City village court and released.
