I just can't keep up with all these different studies. Everyday, they are telling us something different. And, today it's to be lazy to live longer.

If you don't workout you will die. But, if you workout too much you will die too. So, you might as well not workout, since we are going to die no matter what.

According to the New York Post, Researchers found that very active men are 86% MORE likely to have a buildup of plaque in their arteries by middle age.

"The researchers say that this does not mean you should stop exercising . . . but, you know, keep it in moderation."

I think that the tricky word is moderation. I guess it means to make sure you are listening to your body.
