Justin Bieber Buys Dinner for Some of NYC’s Finest

It seems these days, Justin Bieber is doing everything he can to prove that he's turned a new leaf. He was out enjoying dinner last week when he spotted some NYC policemen eating just a few tables over. He called the waitstaff over and offered to take care of their $200 + bill. Then posed for a pic with them. Not in cuffs!
