Big Sean is too busy touring the world and coasting off the success from his chart-topping album, Dark Sky Paradise, to check Justin Bieber for getting a little too close to his girlfriend Ariana Grande last night (April 8).

A threatening tweet surfaced on Thursday (April 9), which appeared to come from Sean's Twitter account. “This Kid is about to learn not to touch my girl like that. Beliebe that,” the tweet read. The words were apparently written as a result of Bieber getting too close to Grande onstage during a performance.

But a rep for Sean, who happened to be in Canada when his lady hit the stage at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif. on Wednesday evening for her Honeymoon tour, confirms that he did not threaten Biebs and the tweet is fake. In fact, according to TMZ, who originally reported the story on the tweet, they are good friends.

Grande and Biebs have been performing together a few times since March as he often joins her onstage to perform the Weeknd's "Love Me Harder" and Bieber’s own “As Long As You Love Me” during her Honeymoon Tour.

Sean Don is in the midst of his own tour in support of Dark Sky Paradise. This summer he will join the U.S. leg of J.Cole's Forest Hills Drive Tour.
