Bikini Bootcamp Workout
Of course we women are always striving to get that perfect bikini body no matter what time of the year it is. Don’t forget to change up your workouts! Your body will get used to something if you do it the same way for too long and it will become less effective. Trust me, I’m just as guilty of not changing things as you are!
The nice thing about this workout is that it’s only a little over 10 minutes, you can do it at home with just a set of dumbbells, and since the music is bland in the background, you just just mute it and play your own music to get pumped up!
