A Broome County grand jury has handed up an indictment in a case involving a man who was accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a 10-year-old child.

Authorities say 31-year-old Nicholas May was arrested by state police on October 27 shortly after investigators were contacted.

Prosecutors say the town of Lisle resident faces two felony charges. He was indicted on one count of predatory sexual assault against a child and one count of course of sexual conduct against a child.

According to the indictment, May engaged in sexual conduct with the child between the summer of 2015 and October of 2017.
