So, I have to admit that I'm a little intrigued by the Mediterranean Diet. This diet seems to be the topic of conversation on many talk shows so I decided to look into it myself.
I'm going to be honest, I waste a lot of time in the grocery store. I had out to the grocery store and then when I get home I realize I didn't have everything on my list that I needed. So today's time-saving tip is definitely one I need to apply myself.
This goes under the category of "Why Didn't I Think of That?!". They have invented chocolate flavored envelopes! So instead of the seal tasking like nasty glue, it tastes like delicious chocolate! How clever
I struggle with getting fruits and veggies in, but I decided to work on this. I decided I drink a lot of shakes so maybe I can pack my shakes with fruit and veggies. I made one this morning and was surprised at how tasty it was and how filling it was! Here's the recipe, try it and tell me what you think!
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I get high protein powder)
1/2 apple
1/2 orange
1/3 banana
5 strawberries
2 handfuls of baby spinach
Put in blender with just a little water and blend till smooth
