			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I struggle with getting fruits and veggies in, but I decided to work on this. I decided I drink a lot of shakes so maybe I can pack my shakes with fruit and veggies. I made one this morning and was surprised at how tasty it was and how filling it was! Here's the recipe, try it and tell me what you think!</p>
<p>1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I get high protein powder)</p>
<p>1/2 apple</p>
<p>1/2 orange</p>
<p>1/3 banana</p>
<p>5 strawberries</p>
<p>2 handfuls of baby spinach</p>
<p>Put in blender with just a little water and blend till smooth</p>
