CEO Makes an Unbelievable Promise to His Employees

The CEO of Boxed.com, Chieh Huang has decided to add a new perk for his employees and it's pretty amazing. Boxed.com sells things like toilet paper and laundry detergent in bulk, and mail it to you.  Chieh Huang has decided to pay for his employees children to go to college...ALL of his employees and ALL of their children!

No matter what college the children decide to attend, he will pay for four years of tuition. Most of the money is going to come out of his own pocket although there are a few investors that are pitching in too. The reason why he's doing this is because he wants his employees to know he's committed to making sure their families are taken care of.

The company employees about 100 people. So far there are only 12 children in total, but with 100 employees you can be sure that number will grow.

I think this is a very kind and smart idea. The more someone feels appreciated the harder they will work and go above and beyond. Also I bet he won't get too much turn over there! What an awesome perk of the job!
