It seems like celebrities and musicians have access to all sorts of crazy health and fitness trends. Here are some of the crazy ones that they are trying.

But, I must warn you...DO NOT try these at home. Consult a physician if you are curious or interested in any of these.

Billboard has a couple of new reports that share four very bizarre "health trends" that musicians are buying into these days.  Here they are:

1.  Moon Dust.  These plant-based formulas are added to smoothies and coffee, and supposedly they increase sexual energy and brain power.  The stars that are into this include:  Haim, Pink, Alanis Morissette, and Common.

2.  Cocoa-Sniffing.  Basically, you just snort cocoa, and apparently it gives you a jolt of energy, because that totally makes sense.  Ron Wood and Charlie Watts from The Rolling Stones are into it, and they seem to be aging pretty well . . .  although doctors say putting ANYTHING up your nose is a bad idea.

3.  Apitherapy.  Putting bee venom on your skin as an anti-inflammatory and anti-aging thing.  The stars that are into this include Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, and Gwyneth Paltrow.

4.  Bite Massages.  A massage therapist is paid to BITE PEOPLES' BACKS, and charges $150 to $250 an hour to do it.  A lot of celebrities have done this, including Katy Perry, Eminem, Courtney Love, Robert Plant, Simon Cowell, Juliette Lewis, David Bowie, Kanye, and members of the Grateful Dead.
