It’s that time of year again when college is just about back in session. Parents with first time college students are checking their lists several times a day to make sure they’ve got everything their student will need to live on campus for the first time.

As a matter of fact, Binghamton is about to see an increase of students around town as new students at Binghamton University will start unloading their things into their dorms this Sunday, August 21st (keep that in mind locals- the Parkway will be busier than usual).

Whether you’re a college student returning to campus or the parent of a student, there are some dorm room hacks that will help make your dorm life a little less stressful.

By the way, I really love the idea of using a Pringles container to store uncooked spaghetti and there’s a good chance I’ll try it to see if if prevents me from opening my cabinet and having a half used box of spaghetti fall out and all over my floor. I hate when that happens!
