Could Changing The Way You Think Help You Lose Weight?
The other day, I was out and about doing some errands. I stopped at a sub shop to grab a sandwich. This particular sub shop makes very good subs.
I sat down to eat my sandwich and when I unwrapped it I found a hole in the bread. Of course, I got upset and felt like I was getting jipped! Is it going to kill me to not get that little extra bit of carbs? NO!
Maybe, instead of getting mad when there is a hole in my bread or not enough cheese on my pizza I should be happy I am saving a couple calories!
