Demi Lovato was charming and embraced her power as an artist, activist and 'X Factor' judge on 'Live With Kelly and Michael.' And power she had: She had girls screaming and sobbing at the mere sight of her!

During her sitdown interview, Lovato revealed what makes her a good judge of talent and coach for artists on 'X Factor.' "I think I've lived a lot of life at a young age and I think I've kind of seen the world from a different perspective," she explained. "As a kid I always got along better with adults, so to be able to sit along a panel with other adults, I feel comfortable." Lovato admitted she had no clue who else would be joining her and Simon Cowell on the panel -- and if rumors are to be believed, no one else does either!

She talked a bit about her upcoming album, 'Demi,' due May 14. "I have a lot of upbeat songs on the album," she revealed. "Just like 'Heart Attack' -- super catchy, they get stuck in your head, which is always a good thing! But I also have some pretty emotional songs on there, opening up about things I've never really talked about," she said. "It's a big deal for me!"

The lovely Lovato also divulged on a track that didn't make it onto the album. It's a song about bullying, which is a cause everyone knows is close to her heart. "I gotta release it," she gushed. "Maybe as a special thing!"
