Apparently we have been eating bananas all wrong! Who knew?!?! You should eat bananas when they are still green and before they're ripe. And we should be eating the peel of the banana too. The peel is very high in fiber and it also contains lots of anti-aging antioxidants and vitamins. So, if you eat the peel, it's good for your overall health, your skin, and lowering your cholesterol.

I'm sorry but I have no desire to eat the peel! I don't know anyone that ever has! So would you eat an entire green banana, peel and all?
