Drink of the Week – April Showers Cocktail

April showers brings May flowers. That's the saying, but look out your window. It's May showers that'll bring June flowers! I figured with this rainy, dreary week we are having, we need a special cocktail!

This is a cute cocktail because the blueberries look like little raindrops...hence the drink being called 'April Showers' but we are going to change the name to 'May Showers'! Then put a little cocktail umbrella in the drink to really be a rainy day cocktail. Invite some friends over and celebrate the rainy weather instead of being bummed that you're stuck inside. And it's really easy to make.

• 2 ounces of part Blueberry Vodka
• 4 ounces of parts Lemonade
• 1 ounce of part Club Soda
• Blueberries
• Cocktail Umbrella

This is a great rainy day cocktail but let's face it, it would be a pretty delicious cocktail for any weather. And if you're like me and like to go blueberry picking, you can use your fresh berries in the drink.
