We just had the Strawberry Festival this past weekend so it got me thinking about things to do with strawberries. Many of us go berry picking this time of year...so how about a healthy strawberry smoothie for this weeks drink!

6-7 large frozen strawberries

1 cup of almond milk

1-3 cup of plain Greek yogurt (I use fat free)

1/2 banana if you like bananas...I prefer to just add a few extra strawberries instead!

Throw everything in the blender and there you go!
