Drink of the Week – Lucky Leprechaun Cocktail

This drink is perfect for St. Patrick's Day! It's a pretty green color. I love Midori. This drink would also be a delicious summer drink too!

1 oz Midori (melon liqueur)

1 oz Mailbu Rum (coconut rum)

6 oz Pineapple Juice

Put all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
