Drink Of The Week- Salted Caramel Martini

Last night I was at Remlick's for the STAP Rock Star Celebrity Bartending Bash and I remembered that they have the best salted caramel martinis! In fact they won 'Best Martini' last year during the martini walk! So I had to get one to remember how delicious they are! I've made them at home too. So here is how I made them!

1 ounce Salted Caramel Vodka

1 ounce Caramel Liquor (I used Bailey's)

1 ounce of Simple Syrup

Caramel Syrup

Salt (I use Kosher salt but table salt is fine too)

Take your shaker and fill with ice then put in salted caramel vodka, caramel liquor and simple syrup. Shake. Take your martini glass and roll in the caramel syrup then into the salt. Also take the caramel and drizzle inside the glass. Stain drink into glass and ENJOY! This is one of my favorites!
