Drug Charges Are Dropped Against Bon Jovi’s Daughter Because Of A New York Law, We Talk To A Local Attorney To Ask About This Law

The criminal charges against Stephanie Rose Bongiovi have been dropped by the D.A.’s office. Apparently this stems from a New York law. We were confused by this so we called our friend, Attorney Paul Battisti for clarification. Here is what he told us.
