I love fudge year round, but especially during the holidays! Hey, it's gluten-free, so why not indulge?! Here is a recipe that is so simple, there's just no way you can mess it up!

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp. vanilla

3/4 cup peanut butter

Bring the sugar and milk to a boil in a medium sized sauce pan. Boil for 2.5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter until smooth.
