Let me just start off with some honesty: I LOVE snacks. I'm one of those people who needs something sweet after something savory and vice versa. This little habit of mine hasn't really done me any favors so I have started changing my ways. I've come up with a bunch of different snack options that satisfy my cravings and aren't all that bad for me either!

Hummus & Veggies

I never thought I'd be a hummus girl but I am now! With just 60 calories per serving, I get the savory taste that I'm craving and I love me some veggies so it's a win-win! Of course this will be better when I make my own in my Ninja Blender but I'll save that for another day, another post.

Fruit-sicles

You can grab popsicle molds at any dollar store! Use those to create your own popsicles! Fill it with coconut water and fruit, homemade juice, smoothie, yogurt or whatever your little heart desires!

Green Juice or Smoothie

These are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth! Combine almond milk with your favorite fruit and a handful of spinach or use your favorite juicer to create a delicious, healthy juice! Be sure to check out some of my favorite juice recipes!

So. there you have it! These are my go-to healthy snacks for now but I'm sure I'll be adding a lot more to the list as I continue my clean eating journey!
