Ed Sheeran is taking a big leap with his career, this time with his touring. The ginger kid has confirmed that he will embark on his first-ever headline arena tour of North America.

This shouldn't shock anyone, as he spent much of 2013 canvassing arenas with Taylor Swift as her support act on the Red Tour. He also sold out not one, not two, but THREE nights at NYC's Madison Square Garden aka the World's Most Famous Arena at the end of 2013, as well.

So Sheeran is ready to take that next step up with his tour business and hit arenas as a headliner.

The singer will release 'X' on June 23 and then hit the road for a late summer trek. The initial batch of dates is posted below, with more expected to be announced. Also, see the 'X' track listing here.
