Twice a year, restaurants in the village of Endicott celebrate the cultural heritages of the town through food. Greek, Italian, Thai, Irish and Polish restaurants all create special menus for under $25 which people can choose from to explore all new flavors and cultures.

1st Thai Basil on Washington Avenue will be showcasing their deep fried shrimp and chu chee pla, while you can find gnocchi and fettuccine on Main Street at Nick's Pizzeria & Restaurant. My personal favorite is pierogi, and you can try those at Kelly's Tavern on North Page Avenue near the West Endicott Park.

Endicott Restaurant Week raises money for the Boys and Girls Club of Western Broome. In 2014, more than $20,000 was collected for the organization through restaurant week.

You can check out all of the participating restaurants and their special menus which they'll be offering starting today until next Thursday, the 13th, at the Endicott Restaurant Week website, here.
