The Broome County Sheriff’s office is looking for an Endicott teen who had been arrested in May for a robbery at the Run Way Food Mart on East Main Street in the Village.

An outstanding warrant has been issued for 17 year old Patrick Merritt who was charged with robbery.

He was accused of participating in the robbery of the store with 17 year old Anthony Tomasky and a 14 year old shortly after 3:30 a.m. May 23, displaying what appeared to be a handgun and making off with cash.

At the time, investigators said they believed Tomasy and the 14 year old had entered the convenience store and forcibly took money but Merritt was said to have also participated.  The clerk was not injured in the holdup.

Merritt is described as white, standing six-feet, one-inch tall, weighing 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
