The Broome County Sheriff’s office is looking for an Endicott teen who had been arrested in May for a robbery at the Run Way Food Mart on East Main Street in the Village.

An outstanding warrant has been issued for 17 year old Patrick Merritt who was charged with robbery.

He was accused of participating in the robbery of the store with 17 year old Anthony Tomasky and a 14 year old shortly after 3:30 a.m. May 23, displaying what appeared to be a handgun and making off with cash.
