Fall Fashion Trend- Faux Animal Tails

It might still be summer for another two and a half days, but in stores, there's no doubt that fall has arrived.

Along with the usual things you'd expect to find in a store this time of year are things like colored velvet, denim in every style you could possibly fathom and, fake animal tails. No need to rub your eyes- you read that right- fake animal tails are the latest fall fashion trend.

I have no idea who will be attaching wolf, fox and kitty cat tails to their favorite outfit, but somebody is buying these to (ahem) "compliment" their wardrobe, and not their Halloween wardrobe either.

ASOS has an entire line of tails called “Tell Tails” and they sell for between $24 and $40. According to a rep for ASOS, they're really popular and are "flying off the shelves." The representative explains, “Novelty is featuring more and more in our 20-something customers' lives....They love humorous pieces that create Snap-able moments for their social channels and are also fun for festivals."

Really?

Do you understand how hard it's going to be not to break out in laughter the first time I see someone walking down the street, not on Halloween, wearing a work casual outfit, complete with a fox tail attached to their rear end?
