The FCC viewer complaints about this year's Super Bowl have hit the Internet and not to my surprise they are over the top, stupid and some are from people who have no idea what they are talking about.

The three main things people were upset with:

1. The halftime show

2. Indecent commercials

3. Nationwide, dead kid ad.

So no, no one was whining about Marshawn Lynch not getting the ball on the 1 yard line.

I mean, some of the complaints made sense, like the people who didn't like the Nationwide ad, because they had lost a child. You could see how that would hit them pretty hard.  Although, why write to the FCC about it?

There were also too many people complaining about language and "near nudity" in commercials. Oh boy. Listen, it is what it is. Sex sells. Sorry.

As for the halftime show, one person said it was, "Not legal, sexual harassment,  undiagnosed insanity'. Wait, what?

Another person thought Katy Perry deserved a "massive fine" for subjecting children to her hit song, I Kissed A Girl.

Someone also listed all of the profanity she claimed to hear Missy Elliott rap during her portion of the halftime show. She even linked to sites listing the songs' lyrics. But while those words were in the original songs, none of them were actually rapped during the Super Bowl obviously.

This person claimed NBC, "over-stepped the bounds of decency," by airing these phantom lyrics.

A full list of all the complaints is at Deadspin.com.

So gang, we've gotten to the point where the Super Bowl is so politically correct that people are actually making stuff up to get ticked off about.

Here watch it yourself and see if you spot the insanity:
