I have a friend who has to sleep in a different room than her husband because he snores so loudly and keeps her awake. She would nudge him and try to roll him over all night long and she was hardly getting any sleep.

So she decided she needed to sleep in a separate room and she says their relationship is much better than before now that she's sleeping through the night instead of being awake by his snoring. But she feels bad and wishes she could sleep with her husband.

If this sounds familiar to your situation, you're in luck because I came across some tips to help someone stop snoring! Take a look at them and if you know of any other helpful tips, let us know!

1. Sing along to the radio. A study found that people who sing a lot are less likely to snore, because it strengthens your throat muscles. Hey Louie G, this is why I am always singing in the studio.

2. Sew a tennis ball into the back of a t shirt. You're more likely to snore when you are sleeping on your back. So the point of the tennis ball is to force you to sleep on your side.

3. Do some tongue aerobics. I know you're wondering how do you do tongue aerobics. Well, all you have to do is stick your tongue out and try to touch your chin and then try to touch your nose, and keep repeating. Just a hint, you might want to do this when no one is around!

4. Put a big book under your mattress, where your head rests. Doing this forces you to sit up a little, which can stop you from snoring. Of course you can also do it with an extra pillow, but there's a chance you'll toss it in the middle of the night.

5. Clean your bedroom. Dust and other allergens can stuff you up at night, so you have to breathe through your mouth, and you're more likely to snore. So keep knickknacks to minimum because they are dust collectors.

I am going to pass these tips along to my friend! Do you have any tips to pass along?
