Florida Company Offers ‘Beer Cart Fridays’ As A Reward For Employees!

There is a company in Florida called Advanced Medical, and the CEO Jennifer Fuicelli offers 'Beer Cart Fridays!'  This happens on company time, and on the company's tab.  This has been going on for two years as part of an "unorthodox corporate culture" that rewards employees for hard work.

Jennifer Fuicelli must know what she's doing because the company started in 2005 with four employees.  Now she has 350 workers at two locations.  The company also hosts costume days for Halloween, barbecues on the clock and a birthday 'get out of jail free' card, which can be used for a paid day off.  (Daytona Beach News-Journal)
