Food Is Supposed To Taste Good, Not Look Good!

Baking 101:  Follow the directions on the box.  I decided to make blueberry muffins last night.  The directions seemed easy enough.

However, when the directions say to only fill the muffin cups 3/4 of the way with batter, they mean it.  They were not pretty to look at, but they did taste good.

I guess I have a long way to go before I open up 'Louie G's Pizza and Muffin Shop.'
