Foods That Reduce Stress
Do you ever feel stressed and reach for junk food to make you feel better? I was reading this article that came from Marie Claire and Healthy Living and it gave a list of nine foods that help you feel better when your under pressure. Each of these foods have vitamins, minerals or amino acids that help your body lower stress levels. Here are the top nine foods.

4. Almonds, Pistachios and Walnuts
9. Green vegetables like broccoli, kale and other dark green veggies
