Happy Friday! Today is a more lighthearted Fitspiration post but it's important nonetheless! Don't underestimate the power of a really good workout playlist! I always find that music makes my workouts as enjoyable as they possibly could be! I like to pick songs that are very upbeat and even a little cocky! I'm talking about those songs with a really positive and uplighting message that give you that extra push!
