Monday is the beginning of a new week. Often people start their diets on Mondays because it's a day of fresh starts. So every Monday I will give you a "get back on track" tip. Whether is from eating healthy, working out to getting focused on work, school, kids or finances I will give you some tips to help us all "get back on track".

Today's "get back on track" tip is about weight. Getting on the scale and being accountable. We often indulge on the weekends but this will help us see how much we actually indulged and then how much we need to behave this week.
