Get Back On Track Mondays
Today’s “Get Back On Track Monday’s” tip is eat a healthy breakfast. Breakfast is the first meal of the day and sets the tone for the rest of the day. If you eat junk you tend to feel sluggish and then you eat more junk food throughout the rest of the day. So make sure to start your day with something healthy that has some protein in it as this will help to fill you up longer.
Some of my favorite things for breakfast are protein shakes or yogurt and I also like chicken, not a typical breakfast food but who says you have to stick with traditional breakfast foods? It’s low fat and high in protein.
