Get Back On Track Mondays
After the last few days of overindulging it’s time to get back on track!
In the holiday season there are so many “goodies” around at home and at work but remember to feed your body fruits and vegetables. The saying “Strive For Five” will be very helpful in keeping our weight down and energy up. So don’t forget to leave plenty of room for your five fruits and vegetables.
And no Louie G, apple pie doesn’t count as a fruit!
