We all seem to indulge a little too much on the weekends, but Mondays are a good day to get back on track and focus on living healthy.

Here is a protein shake that I actually drink. My friend Kate told me about the recipe and I did tweek it just a little bit, I use water for the liquid but you can use whatever works for you. It's very seasonal with the pumpkin and high in protein. AND it tastes great, because let's face it, if it didn't we would not stay on track by Tuesday!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Shake

6 oz of canned pumpkin

1 Cup of milk of your choice or water

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use high protein powder)

1 TBS of fat-free, sugar-free Jell-O Cheesecake instant pudding

1 TBS of cinnamon

Blend up with some ice and YUM!
