Well it's Monday again and that means we probably fell short of our fitness goals this weekend. So today's get back on track tip is do a shorter workout.
Mondays can also be very hectic. So if you have to pencil in an hour or two for your workout and you're lacking time, the first thing that you're going to let go is probably your workout. But remember a short workout is better than no work out. So try scheduling a 20 minute workout. And if you have more time as the day goes on than you can lengthen your workout.
