"One bite never hurt anybody". We have all heard that saying. But if you're like me one bite of cake leads to another and another, before you know it half the cake is gone! So this Monday's get back on track tip is to keep a food diary.

Everything and every bite you eat write it down. You may be surprised by how many calories you are actually eating. That old saying "one bite never hurt anyone" may actually be hurting your weight loss goals. So make sure to write down everything you eat and drink if you are struggling to meet your goals because maybe you are actually consuming more calories than you thought.
